Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings must be made by 31 January 2026.

2. The shoot date should be agreed with us when you book, unless we agree otherwise. In all cases, the date must be confirmed by both parties at least 14 days before the proposed shoot date, unless we agree to something different.

3. Shoot dates are booked on a first come, first served basis.

4. We cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date, so please check with us before committing to clients, crew, talent and any other parties.

5. All shoots must take place by 31 March 2026.

6. You may change the shoot date once, subject to our agreement, provided the change is made no later than eight days before the scheduled shoot.

7. Any additional costs we incur as a result of a date change will be payable by you.

8. If the shoot is moved beyond 31 March 2026 due to circumstances outside your control, we will try to honour the discounted rate, but this cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to do so, any payments already made can be put towards the standard Moco package price or other services provided by Ecstasy Of Gold Limited.

9. A non-refundable deposit of 15 percent plus VAT is due at the time of booking.

10. The remaining balance must be paid seven days before the shoot date.

11. The package price is £3,500 excluding VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate at the time each invoice is issued.

12. Any post-production work requested in connection with the shoot will be charged separately at our usual rates, to be agreed in advance.

13. Only one booking using this offer is permitted per person or organisation.

14. Ecstasy Of Gold Limited’s standard terms and conditions will continue to apply to all services provided.
